&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ&comma; 20 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ &vert; <&sol;strong>ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ 2 ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ 2 ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ 2 GST ਸੋਧਾਂ ਪਾਸ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਪੁਰੋਹਿਤ ਨੇ ਸਦਨ ਵਿਚ 3 ਵਿੱਤੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&excl;-- WP QUADS Content Ad Plugin v&period; 3&period;0&period;5&period;1 -->&NewLine;<div class&equals;"quads-location quads-ad35905 " id&equals;"quads-ad35905" style&equals;"float&colon;none&semi;text-align&colon;center&semi;padding&colon;0px 0 0px 0&semi;" data-lazydelay&equals;"3000">&NewLine;<amp-ad layout&equals;"fixed" width&equals;300 height&equals;250 type&equals;"adsense" data-ad-client&equals;"ca-pub-1861488811465739" data-ad-slot&equals;"4911303569"><&sol;amp-ad>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਚ GST ਸੋਧ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਿਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਜੁਲਾਈ ਵਿਚ GST ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਸੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਨੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿਚ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।<br><br>ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੋਧਿਆ GST ਐਕਟ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਜੋ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਗੇਮਿੰਗ &OpenCurlyQuote;ਤੇ 28 ਫੀਸਦੀ GST ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੀ ਸੋਧ ਤਹਿਤ GST ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਝਗੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ GST ਅਪੀਲੀ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਮੇਤ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 11 ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;<&excl;-- WP QUADS Content Ad Plugin v&period; 3&period;0&period;5&period;1 -->&NewLine;<div class&equals;"quads-location quads-ad96551 " id&equals;"quads-ad96551" style&equals;"float&colon;none&semi;margin&colon;0px 3px 3px 3px&semi;padding&colon;0px 0px 0px 0px&semi;" data-lazydelay&equals;"3000">&NewLine;<amp-ad layout&equals;"fixed" width&equals;300 height&equals;250 type&equals;"adsense" data-ad-client&equals;"ca-pub-1861488811465739" data-ad-slot&equals;"6110719604"><&sol;amp-ad>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
