ਬਜਟ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਦਨ ’ਚ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ, ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਵਾਕਆਊਟ
