&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ&comma; 7 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ &vert;<&sol;strong> ਇਥੋਂ ਇਕ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਖਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ’ਚ 13 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਨਾਬਾਲਿਗਾ ਜਬਰ-ਜ਼ਨਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਕਿ 4 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ’ਚ ਆਪਣੀ 13 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ।<br><br>ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਣਕਾਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਲਦੇਵ ਰਾਜ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਲੀਪੁਰ ਹਾਲ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਬੂਥਗੜ੍ਹ ਆਇਆ। ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ-ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਣ ’ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲਾ ਵੇਖਣ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ।<br><br>ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ’ਤੇ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਸੁੰਨਸਾਨ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ’ਤੇ ਲਿਜਾ ਕੇ ਜਬਰ-ਜ਼ਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ’ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪੋਸਕੋ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&excl;-- WP QUADS Content Ad Plugin v&period; 3&period;0&period;5&period;1 -->&NewLine;<div class&equals;"quads-location quads-ad35905 " id&equals;"quads-ad35905" style&equals;"float&colon;none&semi;text-align&colon;center&semi;padding&colon;0px 0 0px 0&semi;" data-lazydelay&equals;"3000">&NewLine;<amp-ad layout&equals;"fixed" width&equals;300 height&equals;250 type&equals;"adsense" data-ad-client&equals;"ca-pub-1861488811465739" data-ad-slot&equals;"4911303569"><&sol;amp-ad>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<&excl;-- WP QUADS Content Ad Plugin v&period; 3&period;0&period;5&period;1 -->&NewLine;<div class&equals;"quads-location quads-ad96551 " id&equals;"quads-ad96551" style&equals;"float&colon;none&semi;margin&colon;0px 3px 3px 3px&semi;padding&colon;0px 0px 0px 0px&semi;" data-lazydelay&equals;"3000">&NewLine;<amp-ad layout&equals;"fixed" width&equals;300 height&equals;250 type&equals;"adsense" data-ad-client&equals;"ca-pub-1861488811465739" data-ad-slot&equals;"6110719604"><&sol;amp-ad>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
